Who is behind this site
Company name, registration number, address and contact email are not published yet.
This site publishes bed-mobility guides and sells the Snoozle Slide Sheet, a home-use comfort product. Snoozle is not a medical device.
What we collect when you just read
Nothing that identifies you. There are no accounts, no newsletter sign-up, no comment form and no advertising trackers. We do not sell or share data with advertisers.
Our host (Vercel) keeps short-lived server logs, which include IP addresses, as every web server does. Those are Vercel’s operational logs, not something we read or analyse.
Analytics — only if you say yes
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which guides get read. It does not load, and no cookie is written, until you press “Allow analytics” on the bar at the bottom of the page. If you press “No thanks”, or ignore it, no analytics script is ever loaded.
When it is on, IP anonymisation is enabled. Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage, key hswp-analytics-consent) — clearing your browser data resets it and you will be asked again.
The survey
The bed mobility survey is anonymous. It asks no name, no email and no order number, and we store none — there is nothing in the record to link back to you.
One question asks whether you have a condition that makes turning in bed harder (for example arthritis, MS, or pregnancy). That is health-related information. It is optional, you can skip it, and it is stored only as the single category you pick, alongside your six numeric answers. We collect it so the published results can say who the answers came from. Under EU law we rely on your explicit consent — pressing submit — and you can stop at any point before that.
Survey answers are stored in Airtable (a US service) and are used to produce the aggregate results published on the Sleep Mobility Report page. Because the responses are anonymous we cannot find and delete an individual one after it is submitted; if you want a response removed, tell us roughly when you submitted it and we will remove the matching records.
Buying
Checkout happens on Shopify, not here. When you press a buy button you leave this site, and from that point Shopify’s privacy terms and the shop’s own terms apply to your name, address and payment details. We never see or store card details.
Third parties that can see something
- Vercel — hosting and server logs
- Google Analytics — only after you consent
- Shopify — product data on the shop pages, and checkout
- YouTube — the product video is embedded; YouTube can set cookies once you press play
- Airtable — survey answers
Your rights
If you are in the EEA or the UK you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, and complain to your data protection authority (in Iceland, Persónuvernd). In practice we hold almost nothing about individual readers, so most requests are answered in a sentence.
